of the child Sinny Castro Marin, by way of this letter appreciate with
all honesty the beautiful human gesture that you have done for my young
one. With love, tenderness and professionalism, you have known how to
demonstrate your preparation and medical condition and above all the
value that you characterize in human beings.
I can not refrain from recognizing your affection, simplicity and humanity;
that you continue harvesting throughout the world the love of each patient
that needs your solidarity.
I ask that you return and that you continue next to us, since these
children that you have attended will be grateful for all eternity.
